CONTRACT HIRE includes Full Maintenance with Rates from one week to seven years. with Fixed costs, 100% tax deductible.

OPERATING LEASE without maintenance, also known as an Options lease. This is because you are left with the option at the end of the contract to either carry on leasing the current equipment or obtaining a discount on a new machine on a new contract. The advantage of an operating lease is that the rental rates are lower than any other type of contract.

HIRE PURCHASE means ownership of the fork lift at the end of the contract. The tax benefits are the same as outright purchase, i.e. taking advantage of write-down allowances etc. The rental rates are higher for this method than any other finance packages.

SHORT TERM RENTAL.Forklifts can be hired from one week to twelve months, including maintenance.
